RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and make your return request. For reasons of hygiene and related to the health of the consumer, swimwear and beachwear must be tried on while wearing your own underwear. 
  • All returns must be sent back to Oca within 14 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
  • Please also remember returning costs are at your expense.

Return Instructions

  • Request your return sending an email to letschat@ocaclothing.com
  • Drop-off your return parcel at a reliable courier service. Shipping costs will not be covered by Oca.
  • Use tracked and insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package. We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of postage. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from the webshop.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days after arrival. 
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Returns can only be refunded, we will credit the card used for the purchase of the initial order. In the case of a Paypal transaction, the payment will be refunded to the Paypal address used for the initial order. Paypal transactions are refunded the next day. iDeal can take two to three business days. Refunds for payments made via Credit Cards can sometimes take up to 30 days or less.
  • All products that are bought on sale or at a discounted price will be refunded in full via store credit. This store credit can then be used on our website. We are unable to process sale returns to the original payment method. This is in accordance with Dutch consumer rights.
